For those seeking the ultimate retreat experience, the Zensi Villa is a private sanctuary away from the main house. With moody interiors and sweeping views, this villa is shared by only two guests. One king-sized bed (cannot be split) makes this the most indulgent room type, perfect for close friends or those happy to share.

The most exclusive rooms in the main house.
One master double with private ensuite, and one double-share room, offering the perfect balance of privacy while staying connected to the wider Lean Bean community.

Guests can enjoy the beautifully designed open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas, relax by the indoor wood fireplace, or unwind outdoors with a BBQ, undercover dining space, and a sparkling magnesium pool. With air conditioning and laundry facilities at your fingertips, every detail is designed for your ultimate comfort.
Note: Each room accommodates 2 guests in separate king single beds. Zenzi House offers two of these rooms: one master bedroom with ensuite, and one doubleshare room.

Two thoughtfully designed rooms, each accommodating three guests in separate king singles. Lean Bean x Zensi Retreat – Terms & Conditions
Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
Deposit confirms your booking and is strictly non-refundable.
Payment Plan
Balance of payment must be completed no later than 30 days before the retreat start date (FEB 2026).
Payments may be made in instalments as outlined below.
If payment deadlines are not met, your booking may be forfeited.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another guest at any time before the retreat.
An administration fee of $250 in respect of any transfer.
Any balance owing will be payable by the new guest.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. Once made, payments cannot be reversed or credited towards future retreats.
We recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, emergencies, travel delays).
Cancellations
If Lean Bean Retreat is cancelled for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded in full, within 90 days of cancellation.
Liability
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Lean Bean Fitness and Zensi Retreat are not liable for injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
