Lean Bean Fitness is officially Sydney's fave place for female-fitness. LBF classes are all uniquely choreographed by their amazing instructors who have a range of yoga, HIIT, barre and pilates backgrounds. All classes are based on continuous functional body weight movement with plenty of variety provided by the BarreBeans, PowerBeans, BeanStrong (TRX) and BeanBox classes on offer. Plus, our 30 minute HIIT 'express' classes deliver maximum burn in minimum time for the busy beans.
A typical Lean Bean is a fun-loving, fearless, and fabulous female who likes to work hard but play a little harder. She loves the physical and mental challenge of the intense workouts but also knows when to chill out and have fun. She knows that the hardest part is always the showing up, and once the class starts, its over before they know it.
Who runs this MF?
Lean Bean Fitness started in 2015 as a bootcamp overlooking the iconic Bondi Beach. Since then, LBF has built a community of hundreds of Beans that laugh and sweat together, with making friends and having fun being at the core of their experience. After a successful first year in 2015, with women flocking to try the unique high intensity workouts on offer, LBF found its home at a beautiful studio in Bondi Beach in 2016, with more studio's opening in the very near future. Our girl gang show no sign of slowing down so keep your eyes peeled.
The founder of Lean Bean Fitness & Lean Bean Retreats is ex professional dancer turned female fitness expert, Lizzie Bland (click to follow).
Lizzie moved to Sydney after graduating from the prestigious dance school, Urdang Dance Academy in London and has since dedicated herself to building the LBF community. Lizzie's list of teaching qualifications include Pilates, Barre, Yoga, Boxing & Pre/Post natal exercise, and cam be found regularly teaching at the studio- along with her side kick/better half/assistant Artie- the toy poodle who keeps tabs on everyone's form and offers the occasional sweat lick.
