I Wake up 5am most days. I have a glass of water with apple cider vinegar and a cup of earl grey tea with a dash of rice milk.
I'll then have a small breakfast- at the moment I’m loving porridge with blueberries, banana and protein powder or a smoothie. Then I get ready to teach at 5.45am or 6am, i usually 3 - 4 classes a day.
I always make time to exercise myself which is normally Pilates, strength, barre a jog or if I’m tired just a walk or yoga.
Then it’s time for breakfast number two! Most of the time this is a slice of toast with avocado, 1-2 eggs and some greens. Today I had potatoes, tofu and rocket with tahini dressing and pickles.
Sometimes I will have a 20 min nap other times a swim in the ocean to wake me up.
I have been trying to meditate 5-10 minutes in the morning however this is a work in progress for me. I find it a real struggle, but I feel so good when I make the time do get some peace and quiet.
I normally do my life admin, study, read or listen to a podcast in the middle of the day if I’m not teaching as well as making dinner so when I get home from my night classes it’s there as i teach most nights so I get home at 7 or 8pm.
I’ve been making kale salads with, cucumber, avocado, grated carrot, beetroot, roasted sweet potatoes and some type of protein. Tonight I made veggie soup with lentils.
After dinner I normally watch a little TV or read before we head to bed around 9 - 9.30pm.
