Our luxury fitness weekends, just a stone throw from Sydney really are the perfect healthy break, but what's it all about?

 

 

GOODNESS

And by good, we mean healthy, fresh and amazingly tasty food so you'll leave the weekend feeling energised and nourished. All our meals are catered by the incredible Brown Paper Bag Nutrition who uses only the best, local produce from Sydney. You'll also notice an abundance of organic fruit and herbs around due to the estates edible garden, and fresh eggs from the chickens. 

 

 

TREATS

Mainly because, who doesn't love gifts? Well, we certainly do and we therefore pride ourselves on treating you the way you deserve. For our 7th round of retreats, this March, we're lucky enough to be partnering with Abundant Natural Health, Bondi Boost, Black Chicken Remedies, Tonic Alchemy, Spring Wholefoods, Frankies Brew and Twisted Yoghurt (to name a few) to bring you the best treats for your special weekend.

 

 

SLEEP

The Vine Lodge Estate is situated up a long, leafy driveway in Exeter, The Southern Highlands. This means the only thing waking you up in the morning is bird song *and maybe Artie ...chasing the birds*. With super comfy beds and the highest quality linen, even the most sleep deprived Bean will be fully refreshed in these two short, but lovely, nights.

 

 

 

EXERCISE

If you're wanting more of a chill after a few hectic weeks at work, SO fine- you can do your thing honey. But if your aim of the game is to sweat out the silly season toxins, the Lean Bean Retreat is for you. With around 3-4 workout options a day, you can join in with 1 or all of the sessions if you so wish. From Barre to Yoga, Hiking to Aquacise, we'll keep you active so when you want to spend an hour *or 3* lounging by the pool or reading your book, you can do so- stress free.​

 

 

 

YOU TIME

The most important part of our retreats is to allow yourself space away from work/life admin and just enjoy your time in the fresh, open air. If switching off is not something you find easy then let Lydia Feng, our on-site Health Space Clinics therapist treat you to a complimentary head massage or a personal body assessment to see where your tension is being stored and help you de-stress and unwind.
