Super Cinnamon Granola


2 cups thick cut oats or raw buckwheat (or both!) 

1 cup sunflower seeds

1 cup pepitas

1 cup chopped mixed nuts

1/2 cup flax seeds

1/2 cups chopped dried figs (optional)

1 cup melted coconut oil

1/4 cup cinnamon

1/2 cup rice malt syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon salt



- If you’re using figs leave them out of the mix until the end

- Mix all dry ingredients

- Slowly add melted coconut oil and rice malt syrup and mix well until everything’s combined

- Bake in the oven on 150 degrees for 30-40 mins

- If you’re using dried figs, add these for the last 10 mins of cooking

- Let the granola completely cool before putting it in a jar
